burn site and 35-37 percent on Tuesday afternoon. Transport winds remain
northerly to northeasterly today with a shift to southeasterly Tuesday
morning and southerly in the afternoon. Winds remain gusty this morning
with a maximum wind gust of 15-18 mph expected before noon today.
