.DISCUSSION...
Elevated fire weather conditions are likely this afternoon as
relative humidity drops below 25 percent in spots due to efficient
mixing and clear skies. Winds will keep us from seeing critical to
Red Flag conditions sustained at 5-10mph with gusts struggling to
exceed 20mph out of the south to southwest. The lowest relative
humidity will be seen along and north of the Minnesota River and
southwest of I-94.
