* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 10 to 15
  kt with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 1 to 3 ft expected. For
  the Gale Warning, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to
  40 kt and waves 7 to 10 ft expected.

* WHERE...Upper Entrance of Portage Canal to Eagle River MI and
  Eagle River to Manitou Island MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon
  to 8 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 8 PM this
  evening to 2 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
