...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and
  waves 7 to 11 ft occurring.

* WHERE...Upper Entrance of Portage Canal to Eagle River MI,
  Eagle River to Manitou Island MI and Lake Superior from Upper
  Entrance to Portage Canal to Manitou Island MI 5NM off shore
  to the US/Canadian Border.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
