...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 AM EDT THIS MORNING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Anderson, Campbell, Morgan and Scott.

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 815 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
    advisory area. Minor flooding is already occurring.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Oak Ridge, Clinton, La Follette, Oneida, Wartburg, Oliver
    Springs, Jacksboro, Huntsville, Helenwood, Jellico,
    Caryville, Rocky Top, Norris, Winfield, Sunbright, Oakdale,
    Smokey Junction, Norma, Slick Rock and Rosedale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
