southern James River Valley and northeast with visibilities of
one quarter mile or less. Elsewhere, increasing clouds with a
slight chance of rain south. Highs in the upper 30s northeast to
mid 50s south central.
.TONIGHT...Decreasing clouds west and south. Mostly cloudy elsewhere.
Brisk central and east. Lows 12 north to 27 southeast.
.WEDNESDAY...Colder. Mostly sunny west and central. Mostly cloudy
east with a slight chance of snow in the morning. Highs 20 north
to around 40 far southwest.
