Turtle Mountains and Devils Lake Basin, through the James River
Valley and southeast North Dakota. Lows in the 20s east, 30s west
and central.
.SUNDAY...Partly to mostly cloudy north and east. Partly to mostly
sunny southwest and south central. A chance of rain or snow north
central and northeast in the afternoon. Highs from the lower 30s
northeast, to the lower 50s southwest and south central.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Becoming mostly cloudy and windy. Chance of light
rain or light snow east through north central. Lows 20 to 30.
.MONDAY...Mostly cloudy and windy. Chance of light snow central and
east...possibly mixed with light rain. Patchy blowing snow
