FOR NORTHERN PRESTON COUNTY...

At 912 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Kingwood,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
         power outages.

Locations impacted include...
Kingwood, Terra Alta, Reedsville, Albright, Valley Point,
Cranesville, and Hutton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.
