  weekend with good ventilation during the afternoon hours.

* Winds will be breezy each afternoon out of the west this weekend
  with the strongest gusts up to around 20-25 mph seen on Saturday
  afternoon.

* Warm and dry conditions will prevail through Monday before chances
  of increased breezes and showers increase around midweek.
