At 8 AM the river is just below flood stage and the level will peak
around 10 feet at 10 AM before beginning to recede through this
evening. The river stage will likely rise to flood stage again
tonight into early Thursday morning in response to a band of
widespread rain and showers with locally heavy rainfall. The next
scheduled issuance will be at 3 PM this afternoon.
