...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the Colorado
River...

For the Colorado River at San Saba:
  * At 500 PM CDT Sunday the observed stage was 19.96 feet.
  * Action Stage:   25.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    30.0 feet.
  * Forecast: The river has fallen below action stage and expected
  to continue to fall.


For the Colorado River at Winchell:
  * At 500 PM CDT Sunday the observed stage was 22.7 feet.
  * Action Stage:   24.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    26.0 feet.
  * Forecast: The river has crested and will continue to fall.
