.SYNOPSIS...Dry with seasonably warm temperatures will continue
with a return to winds on tap for the first part of next week.

&&

.DISCUSSION...Weak shortwave moving across the state this morning
with scattered mainly mid level cloud cover associated with this
system. Slightly cooler today then about 10 degrees above normal
Sunday through Tuesday, with Monday being the warmest day in
current 7-day forecast, before cooler temperatures return to the
area to end next week along with gusty afternoon winds.

.AVIATION...Valid through 21/12z.
SKC to SCT clouds AOA 15k ft AGL thru 20/15z, then SKC 21/05z,
then SCT clouds AOA 20k ft AGL thru end of valid pd. SFC winds
terrain driven less than 10 kts thru 20/18z then again after
21/04z. At other times, SWLY/WLY 5-10 kts. Aviation discussion not
updated for TAF amendments.

.FIRE WEATHER...Dry with near to slightly above normal
temperatures into first half of next week. Minimum relative
humidity values in the afternoon between 8% and 15% each day
through early next week. Breezy winds today as a dry weather
system moves through. Otherwise expect typical diurnal wind
trends this weekend into the first part of next week.

.CLIMATE...35 years ago today and Sunday, Tucson recorded the
the hottest April high temperatures on record at 104 degrees.

Latest NBM has a 45% chance for the first 95 degree high of
2024 to occur Monday in Tucson.
