.DISCUSSION...A low pressure system will bring widespread wetting
rains to the region late tonight through much of Tuesday night, with
the heaviest precipitation around the Black Hills into far southwestern
South Dakota. Several inches of snow possible in the highest elevations of
the Black Hills.
