.WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE NORTHEAST
WYOMING PLAINS. RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP TO 15 PERCENT OR BELOW
THIS AFTERNOON AND AGAIN SUNDAY AFTERNOON. GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY...AND ARE EXPECTED TO BE STRONGEST
SUNDAY AFTERNOON AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT. SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO
30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED SUNDAY. ALTHOUGH
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RECOVER SOME TONIGHT...SOUTHWEST WINDS
MAY REMAIN GUSTY AT SOME LOCATIONS THROUGH MUCH OF THE
NIGHT...WITH OVERALL POOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECOVERY. ISOLATED
