.DISCUSSION...With a weather system clearing out of the
region on Monday, expect clear skies heading into the work
week. Remnant moisture will allow afternoon RH to remain above
20% on both Monday and Tuesday, with overnight recoveries
above 50%. West winds expected Monday afternoon between 10 and
15 mph. However, an incoming weather system will increase winds
on Tuesday to 15 to 20 mph from the southwest.
