...COASTAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY...

.LOW PRESSURE WAS LOCATED OFF THE NORTH CAROLINA COAST THIS
AFTERNOON. THE SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN AS IT MOVES
NORTHEASTWARD AND OUT TO SEA. THE LOW WILL BRING AN ONSHORE FLOW
TO THE COASTS OF DELAWARE AND NEW JERSEY INTO MONDAY. ANOTHER
DEVELOPING LOW APPROACHING FROM THE WEST IS FORECAST TO PASS OFF
THE VIRGINIA COAST LATE ON MONDAY NIGHT.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A COASTAL
FLOOD WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS EVENING.
THE COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATION...NORTHERN NEW JERSEY SHORE.

* COASTAL FLOODING...WIDESPREAD MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING IS
  ANTICIPATED TO DEVELOP WITH THE HIGH TIDE CYCLE THIS MORNING.
  MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING IS AGAIN POSSIBLE WITH THE MONDAY
  EVENING HIGH TIDE. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR WIDESPREAD
  MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING AGAIN ON TUESDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...HIGH TIDE THIS MORNING WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 7 AND 8 AM
  EST. HIGH TIDE THIS EVENING WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 7 AND 9 PM EST.
  IT WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 730 AM TO 830 AM ON TUESDAY MORNING.

* WAVES...WAVE HEIGHTS ARE FORECAST TO BUILD TO 8 TO 12 FEET ON
  THE NEAR-SHORE WATERS OFF NEW JERSEY.

* IMPACTS...WIDESPREAD ROAD FLOODING AND SOME DAMAGE TO VULNERABLE
  STRUCTURES IS POSSIBLE FOR THE NEXT THREE HIGH TIDE CYCLES.
  WAVE ACTION WILL LIKELY RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT BEACH EROSION.

A COASTAL FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT MODERATE OR MAJOR TIDAL
FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT. BE PREPARED FOR RISING WATER

  ANTICIPATED TO DEVELOP THIS MORNING WITH LOCALIZED MODERATE
  FLOODING POSSIBLE AT THAT TIME. MINOR COASTAL FLOODING IS
  EXPECTED TO LINGER THROUGH THE MONDAY EVENING HIGH TIDE AND
  INTO MONDAY NIGHT. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR WIDESPREAD
  MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING ON TUESDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...THE TIMES OF HIGH TIDE ALONG THE NEW JERSEY AND
  DELAWARE OCEANFRONT ARE AROUND 630 AM TO 730 AM ON MONDAY
  MORNING... AROUND 700 PM TO 800 PM ON MONDAY EVENING... AND
  AROUND 730 AM TO 830 AM ON TUESDAY MORNING. HIGH TIDE ON THE
  BACK BAYS... ALONG DELAWARE BAY AND ALONG RARITAN BAY OCCURS
  LATER THAN THE HIGH TIDE ON THE OCEANFRONT.

* WAVES...WAVE HEIGHTS ARE FORECAST TO BUILD TO 8 TO 12 FEET ON
  THE NEAR-SHORE WATERS OFF DELAWARE AND NEW JERSEY. WAVES ON
  DELAWARE BAY ARE EXPECTED TO BUILD TO 3 TO 5 FEET.

* IMPACTS...ROADWAY FLOODING IS EXPECTED FROM MONDAY MORNING
  INTO MONDAY NIGHT... ESPECIALLY AROUND THE TIMES OF HIGH TIDE.
  WIDESPREAD ROAD FLOODING AND SOME DAMAGE TO VULNERABLE
  STRUCTURES IS POSSIBLE ON TUESDAY MORNING. WAVE ACTION WILL
  LIKELY RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT BEACH EROSION.

* TIMING...HIGH TIDE OCCURS GENERALLY BETWEEN 1000 AM AND NOON
  ON MONDAY MORNING IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY AND SALEM COUNTY.

* IMPACTS...LOCALIZED ROADWAY FLOODING IS ANTICIPATED. SOME
  ROADS MAY BE CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER.

EXPECTED. MINOR TIDAL FLOODING OFTEN RESULTS IN SOME ROAD
CLOSURES. USUALLY... THE MOST VULNERABLE ROADWAYS WILL FLOOD.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AT A LOCATION THAT IS PRONE TO TIDAL
FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. THE
WATER MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU THINK IT IS. YOU WILL BE PUTTING
