...STRONG RIP CURRENTS AND ELEVATED TO HIGH SURF THROUGH THIS
WEEKEND...

A 4 TO 5 FOOT SOUTH SWELL WITH A 12 SECOND PERIOD WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
SUNDAY. THIS SWELL WILL GENERATE ELEVATED SURF ALONG THE SAN DIEGO
COUNTY BEACHES...AND HIGH SURF ALONG THE ORANGE COUNTY BEACHES
THROUGH THE WEEKEND. ISOLATED SETS OF 7 TO 8 FEET WILL BE POSSIBLE
ALONG SOUTHERLY FACING BEACHES. STRONG AND DANGEROUS RIP CURRENTS ARE
LIKELY THROUGH THE PERIOD. SURF MAY REMAIN ELEVATED INTO EARLY
NEXT WEEK.

SIGNS AND FLAGS AND TALK TO A LIFEGUARD BEFORE SWIMMING. USE
CAUTION WHEN IN OR NEAR THE WATER AND ALWAYS SWIM NEAR A
LIFEGUARD.
