AVERAGE IN TERMS OF TEMPERATURES. THERE WERE SOME COOL PERIODS
SCATTERED THROUGH THE MONTH...WITH THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ONE COMING
IN THE LAST FOUR DAYS. MID MONTH SAW THE MOST SIGNIFICANT WARM
PERIOD...WITH DAILY TEMPERATURES AVERAGING NEAR 15-20 DEGREES ABOVE
NORMAL FOR MID DECEMBER.

RAINFALL WAS BELOW AVERAGE FOR THE FIRST DECEMBER SINCE 2012...AND
IT WAS THE DRIEST DECEMBER SINCE THEN AS WELL. SNOW FELL FOR THE 13TH
DECEMBER IN A ROW...BUT FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2010...IT WAS NOT
MEASURABLE.
