COASTAL WATERS EARLY THIS MORNING. IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT NORTH
WINDS WILL INCREASE WITH GUSTS TO NEAR GALE FORCE LIKELY THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON. HAZARDOUS WIND AND SEA CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL IN
THE WAKE OF THE FRONT INTO THE WEEKEND AS A STRONG NORTHERLY WIND
FLOW AND ELEVATED SEAS PERSIST.
