Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-
1018 AM CDT Thu Aug 17 2017

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh southeast winds will prevail across
the Laguna Madre the rest of today with moderate winds and seas
across the Gulf waters. This is due to surface high pressure
building westward across the Gulf of Mexico, but still interacting
with lower pressure inland. The pressure gradient will weaken
further across the western Gulf of Mexico Friday, with light to
moderate southeast winds and low seas prevailing across the Lower
Texas Coast for the remainder of the period.
