.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Onshore winds will continue throughout the evening with surface
high pressure to our east over Louisiana. A weak frontal boundary
will push off the coast early Sunday, and our winds will become
more easterly. A second front should approach the coast toward
the end of next week late Thursday into Friday.
