TRADE WINDS WILL BUILD FROM EAST TO WEST ACROSS THE ISLANDS
THROUGH THURSDAY AS A SURFACE RIDGE NEAR OAHU MOVES NORTH AND
STRENGTHENS. HIGH PRESSURE FAR NORTH OF THE AREA WILL THEN
SUPPORT MODERATE TO LOCALLY STRONG TRADE WINDS THROUGH THE
WEEKEND AND INTO NEXT WEEK.
