.SYNOPSIS...A light to moderate easterly flow early this morning
will become southeasterly to southerly this afternoon and evening.
A light and somewhat variable flow pattern will prevail tonight
through Thursday morning, especially near the coast. Otherwise,
the onshore flow will continue through the remainder of the week,
but strengthen somewhat late this week and into the weekend.
