...FLOOD THREAT COMING TO AN END...

.Showers wrapping around the strong upper low will move out of the
area today taking the threat of heavy rainfall with them. Although
high water levels will linger across the area this morning,
additional flooding is not expected.

...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for portions of piedmont North Carolina and
upstate South Carolina has been cancelled.

Although high water conditions will continue in a few areas
early this morning, no additional flooding is expected.
