AT 11 PM...THE HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS HAVE ENDED OVER
NORTHWESTERN ZAPATA COUNTY. EXCESS RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAIN IS ENDING.
WATER LEVELS HAVE RECEDED OR WERE BEGINNING TO RECEDE...ENDING THE
FLOOD THREAT. IF FLOODING HAS BEEN OBSERVED...PLEASE REPORT IT TO
YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.
