  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...WHITE SPRINGS...JASPER...
  NORTHEASTERN SUWANNEE COUNTY IN NORTHERN FLORIDA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SUWANNEE SPRINGS...

* UNTIL 830 PM EDT

* AT 627 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN
OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR WITH AT LEAST 1.5 INCHES THAT HAS ALREADY
FALLEN SINCE 5 PM. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AROUND 2 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES.
ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS
AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. REMEMBER...TURN AROUND DONT DROWN.
