FOR SOUTHWESTERN LA PAZ...WESTERN YUMA AND SOUTHEASTERN IMPERIAL
COUNTIES...

AT 803 PM MST/803 PM PDT/...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT UP TO ONE
INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE ADVISORY AREA THIS EVENING.
ALTHOUGH RAINFALL RATES HAVE GREATLY DIMINISHED...URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOODING WILL STILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE ADVISORY AREA FOR THE
NEXT 1/2 HOUR OR SO.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
ALGODONES DUNES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TURN AROUND...DON`T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.
