PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message. If you encounter deep water while driving, do not
attempt to drive through. Turn around, dont drown.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for the Neuse River At Smithfield.
* At  8:15 PM Monday the stage was 14.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* The river fell below flood stage at Monday afternoon.
* The river will continue to fall to 13.5 feet by Wednesday morning.
