.DISCUSSION...THE UNSETTLED WEATHER PATTERN WILL CONTINUE OVER THE
AREA THROUGH WEDNESDAY BEFORE A SLOW WARMING AND DRYING TREND BEGINS.
VALLEY RAIN AND HEAVY MOUNTAIN SNOWS TODAY AND TONIGHT WILL TAPER
OFF MONDAY. THE NEXT ROUND OF SNOW WILL MOVE IN FROM THE WEST MONDAY
NIGHT AND TUESDAY AS A STRONG COLD FRONT PLOWS THROUGH THE STATE.
VERY COLD AND DRY AIR WILL SETTLE IN TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY
