WINDS DURING THE DAYTIME WILL INCREASE OUT OF THE WEST-NORTHWEST
WITH SPEEDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH AND GUSTING TO 25 MPH (SURFACE)...AND
20 TO 25 MPH (TRANSPORT). MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 30
AND 40 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON. NO FOG IS EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO
FRIDAY MORNING.
