SOUTHEAST COAST THROUGH FRIDAY AND LIMIT MOISTURE IN THE
FORECAST AREA. WIND WILL BE LIGHT WITH THE RIDGE AXIS
NEAR THE AREA. EXPECT LIGHT AND VARIABLE WIND AT NIGHT
AND EARLY IN THE MORNINGS. OTHERWISE, EXPECT MAINLY
SOUTHWEST OR SOUTH WIND 5 TO 10 MPH TODAY, AND SOUTHEAST
NEAR 10 MPH FRIDAY. THERE MAY BE A PERIOD DURING THE LATE
AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS WITH SOUTHEAST WIND AROUND 15 MPH
ASSOCIATED WITH THE SEA BREEZE FRONT MOVING WELL INLAND,
ESPECIALLY IN THE EASTERN MIDLANDS, LOWER SAVANNAH RIVER
AREA, AND PEE DEE REGION. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL
BE MAINLY 30 TO 35 PERCENT. A FEW LOCATIONS WILL HAVE FOG
DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. THIS FOG WILL BE MAINLY
