HIGH PRESSURE WILL DRIFT EAST AND OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST
TODAY. A WARM FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL DRIFT SLOWLY NORTHEAST
ACROSS THE DISTRICT TUESDAY, FOLLOWED BY A COLD FRONT PUSHING
EAST THROUGH THE STATE TUESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY.
THIS PAIR OF WEATHER FEATURES WILL BRING PERIODS OF RAIN...
WHICH WILL LIKELY START OUT AS A SEVERAL HOUR PERIOD OF LIGHT
FREEZING RAIN LATE TONIGHT THROUGH THE MID MORNING HOURS
TUESDAY. SEVERAL TENTHS OF AN INCH OF RAINFALL IS EXPECTED
ACROSS THE REGION BY EARLY WEDNESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE
NORTHEAST FROM THE TENNESSEE VALLEY AND BRING MAINLY DRY
