.DISCUSSION...A warmer and more stable southerly breeze will develop
across the region today. Afternoon RH values will fall into the
lower and middle 40s. Potential for showers and thunderstorms will
increase across the Tri-cities region by late this afternoon, with a
chance for rainfall all locations overnight. Warm and increasingly
humid conditions will maintain the threat for showers and
thunderstorms throughout the late week period.
