Cloud cover and rain chances will increase this afternoon and
tonight. Isolated lightning strikes will be possible as well.
Light and variable breezes will transition to Northeast 10 mph.
Relative humidity values will remain seasonably high. The
Dispersion Index will drop below 20 again tonight, but it will be
higher than during the last few nights.
