Fire Weather Planning Forecast For West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
224 PM CDT Sun Oct 22 2017

.DISCUSSION...

A brief warm-up on Monday will result in localized RHs around 15%
west of the Pecos River Monday afternoon, though winds will be light.
Another cold front Monday night will mitigate fire weather concerns
through Wednesday as temperatures drop below normal. A significant
warm-up is expected Thursday, resulting in 12-15% RHs across a large
portion of the area. 20ft winds will also be elevated, especially
from the Guadalupe Mtns south to the Davis Mtns, where critical fire
weather conditions may be possible Thursday afternoon.
