.DISCUSSION...
West Texas and Southeast New mexico will remain on the edge of an
upper ridge centered over the Western US.  This will result in slightly
above normal temperatures for the next few days. The next cold front
is expected in the area on Saturday.  Widespread minimum relative
humidities of 15 percent or less are expected across the area
today and Wednesday with good recovery at night.  However 20 foot
wind speeds are expected to be 15 mph or less.
