FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR UPPER MICHIGAN
National Weather Service Marquette MI
435 AM EDT Mon Jul 24 2017

...Drier and warmer weather in store through mid-week...

.DISCUSSION: Winds will relax today and drier, warmer conditions
will return as high pressure continues to build across the area.
Tuesday, temperatures will warm ahead of an approaching cold
front. Expect winds to become gusty ahead of this front as the
surface pressure gradient increases. The front is expected to move
west to east across Upper Michigan Tuesday night through
Wednesday night. Along this front, showers and thunderstorms are
expected to develop and could bring locally heavy rain to some
parts of Upper Michigan.
