FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NASHVILLE TN
456 AM CST TUE JAN 27 2015

.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE TO BUILD IN TODAY WITH PARTIAL
AFTERNOON CLEARING ACROSS THE HIGHLAND RIM DISTRICTS. AN UPPER RIDGE
AXIS WILL TRAVERSE THE AREA ON WEDNESDAY AND PROVIDE MOSTLY SUNNY
AND MILDER CONDITIONS. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF SHOWERS ON
THURSDAY AS A CLIPPER SYSTEM PASSES TO OUR NORTH.

IN THE EXTENDED FCST...A GULF STORM WILL EFFECT THE AREA WITH
RAINFALL LIKELY AS WE GET INTO SAT NT AND SUNDAY. MAYBE A LITTLE
LIGHT SNOW ON THE BACK EDGE AS THE SYSTEM PULLS OUT. COLDER AND
MORE SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES WILL THEN FOLLOW.
