...DISCUSSION FROM SFOFWFMTR...

LOW PRESSURE SLOWLY APPROACHING THE COAST THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS WILL
BRING GRADUAL COOLING TO THE MOUNTAINS AND INTERIOR. MOST OF THE
COOLING IS EXPECTED WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AS THE MARINE LAYER
DEEPENS SIGNIFICANTLY. A WEAK COLD FRONT SHOULD SPREAD LIGHT RAIN OR
DRIZZLE ACROSS THE NORTH BAY AND EVEN PARTS OF THE BAY AREA AND
SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. DRY WEATHER WILL
RETURN LATE IN THE WEEK WITH A SIGNIFICANT WARMING TREND POSSIBLE
ESPECIALLY NORTH BAY.

...DISCUSSION FROM SFOFWFSTO...

AN UPPER LEVEL LOW APPROACHES THE COAST TODAY BRINGING SLIGHTLY
COOLER TEMPERATURES AND BREEZY AND GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS OVER THE
HIGHER TERRAIN AND THROUGH THE DELTA IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS
FOR EASTERN SHASTA AND WESTERN PLUMAS COUNTIES. COOLING TREND INTO
THURSDAY AS ANOTHER TROUGH IMPACTS THE AREA WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
THE TROUGH WILL ALSO BRING A THREAT OF SHOWERS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
INTO THURSDAY ALONG WITH BREEZY AND GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS OVER THE
HIGHER TERRAIN AND THROUGH THE DELTA IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENINGS.
