today and tonight as a low pressure system moves across the region.
Amounts will be light, likely totaling less than a tenth of an inch.
Winds will range from southwest to northwest through this evening,
becoming west-northwest and gusty on Friday. An upper ridge builds
into eastern Oregon over the weekend bringing dry conditions and
light winds.
