.DISCUSSION...High pressure moving off the Mid-Atlantic Coast today
will direct an easterly flow into the forecast area. There may be
enough of a moisture increase for showers this afternoon but
the chance is low because upper ridging should keep the moisture
shallow. Humidity will be moderate in the easterly flow. Expect
relative humidity lowering to about 40 percent at noon and
a minimum about 33 percent during the afternoon. Wind will be
light and variable but mainly east near 5 mph this morning. Wind
will be east or southeast near 10 mph this afternoon. Fog will
likely develop tonight.
