DOWN THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE RIDGE OVER NM.  THIS WILL ENHANCE STORM ACTIVITY
OVER THE BURN SITE...WITH GUSTY DOWNBURST WINDS TO 45 MPH OR MORE...FREQUENT
