EXCELLENT HUMIDITY RECOVERY HAS BEEN OBSERVED OVER THE BURN SITE THIS
MORNING. HUMIDITIES WILL GRADUALLY FALL THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON AS HIGH
TEMPERATURES RISE INTO THE MIDDLE 90S. MINIMUM HUMIDITIES WILL DROP TO
AROUND 38% BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON. WE DO EXPECT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
TO DEVELOP TODAY...WITH THE BEST CHANCE BETWEEN 1 PM AND 8 PM. EXPECT
GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS NEAR THUNDERSTORMS ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL
LIGHTNING STRIKES. EXCELLENT HUMIDITY RECOVERY IS EXPECTED AGAIN
TONIGHT AS WINDS BECOME SOUTHERLY.
