HEIGHTS WILL ALLOW FOR FAIR DISPERSION INDEX VALUES BY MIDDAY THROUGH
MUCH OF THE AFTERNOON. 20 FOOT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT...LESS THAN 5 MPH...
THROUGH THE EARLY AND MID MORNING PERIOD...BUT ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE
TO 5 TO 7 MPH BY LATE MORNING OUT OF THE SOUTHWEST TO WEST. SOUTHWESTERLY
TRANSPORT WINDS WILL INCREASE INTO THE 6 TO 10 MPH RANGE BY LATE MORNING
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AS WELL. ALTHOUGH TRANSPORT WINDS ARE NOT OVERLY
STRONG...DEEP MIXING HEIGHTS IN THE 6000-7000 FT RANGE WILL ALLOW FOR
