.DISCUSSION...
I STARTED THE HOURLIES A LITTLE EARLY TO GET A TREND GOING. BUT LOWEST RH
IS NOW...IN THAT 22-27 PERCENT RANGE. I DID SEE MOORHEAD AWOS HAVE
AN RH OF 15 PCT WHICH IS A BIT LOWER THAN ALL OTHER SURROUNDING
OBS. LAKE PARK DOT WAS AROUND 28 PCT RH CURRENTLY. LOOK FOR
CONTINUED SOUTH WINDS THROUGH THIS EVENING IN THAT 8 TO 15 MPH
RANGE...SOME SPOTS SHOW A BIT MORE SOUTH-SOUTHWEST WIND SO WIND
DIRECTION COULD VARY A BIT FROM 160 TO 210 DEGREES THROUGH 8 PM.

AFTER 8 PM WINDS WILL DIMINISH IN SPEED BUT GENERALLY HOLD
SOUTHERLY 7 TO 10 MPH. AFTER MIDNIGHT WINDS WILL SHIFT A BIT MORE
WEST AND THEN NORTHWEST AFTER 3 AM AS A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH
BUT NOT EXPECTING A BIG INCREASE IN WIND SPEED AS FRONT MOVES
THROUGH BUT A DIRECTION CHANGE FROM A SOUTHWEST TO A NORTHWEST --
MOSTLY LIKELY TIME OF THIS IN THE 3-4 AM TIME PERIOD LATE TONIGHT.

MONDAY WILL SEE COOLER TEMPERATURES AND THUS NOT QUITE AS LOW RH
VALUES BUT IT WILL BECOME WINDIER AS NORTHWEST WINDS INCREASE LATE
MORNING AND AFTERNOON TO THE 15 TO 25 MPH RANGE WITH GUSTS TO 30
MPH. NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TONIGHT WITH THE FRONT.
