.DISCUSSION...High pressure will bring gusty northwest to north winds
to the area tonight through Thursday night. 20-foot wind gusts up to
30 to 35 mph will be possible in the afternoon and evening
hours...with even higher gusts possible over the nearby ridgetops.
Eye-level winds should reach about 15 to 18 mph at times. Humidities
are expected to be moderate to high through the period.
