.DISCUSSION...
SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS THIS MORNING WILL GIVE WAY TO A SLIGHT CHANCE OF
THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH OVERNIGHT SLIGHT CHANCE
OF SHOWERS. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL PREVAIL FROM THE SE TODAY WITH ANY
SMOKE PLUME DISPERSING TOWARDS THE NW. A LAKE BREEZE WILL DEVELOP BUT GIVEN
PREVAILING SURFACE AND LOW LEVEL WINDS FROM THE SE SHOULD REMAIN WELL
TO THE WEST OF THE SITE CLOSE TO THE LAKE SHORE BUT IT IS SOMETHING TO
MONITOR ALONG WITH OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES FROM ANY NEARBY STORMS. ALL IN ALL
DISPERSION CONDITIONS SHOULD BE GENERALLY GOOD.
