HUMIDITIES ARE FORECAST TO DROP INTO THE LOWER 40S THROUGH AFTERNOON
PERIOD. THE EARLY MORNING CEILINGS AROUND 3 KFT SHOULD BEGIN TO LIFT
AND SCATTER OUT THROUGH THE LATE MORNING HOURS AS MIXING AND HEATING
BEGIN TO INCREASE.
