Expect fair recovery early tomorrow morning, with max RH around 55
percent. North to northwest winds will continue behind a cold
front today. High temperatures in the low to mid 50s will keep RH
from dipping much, if any, below 30 percent. Wind speeds will
start to slowly decrease late this afternoon and evening.
