.DISCUSSION...

The modestly cooler and more moist airmass currently over the area
will move east of the region tonight, and it be replaced by a warmer
and drier air mass aloft.  As a result, Tuesday will be warmer and
drier with daytime humidities in the teens.  There will be enough mid
level moisture an isolated thunderstorm to possibly develop.
Thunderstorms may have gusty winds and will not have much precipitation.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear.
LAL.................1.
Min temperature.....50-55F.
Max humidity........44-49 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light wind.
Mixing height.......1500 ft agl.
Transport winds.....South around 7 mph until 0500, then west around
                    10 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor.
Haines Index........3 or very low potential for large plume
                    dominated fire growth.

.TUESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny. Isolated thunderstorms after
                    1400.
LAL.................1 until 1400, then 2 until 1700, then 3.
Max temperature.....75-80F.
Min humidity........14-19 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Light wind. Gusty and erratic winds expected
                    near thunderstorms after 1400.
Mixing height.......1500 ft agl until 0800, then 11000 ft agl.
Transport winds.....Northwest around 8 mph until 1400, then
                    southwest around 7 mph until 1700, then
                    southeast.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor until 0700. good after 0800.
Haines Index........5 or moderate potential for large plume
                    dominated fire growth.
