...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM THIS EVENING FOR DRY
LIGHTNING AND GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS...

DISCUSSION...ANOTHER DAY OF HOT TEMPERATURES WITH HIGH INSTABILITY
TODAY. A MIX OF WET AND DRY THUNDERSTORMS WILL FORM OVER THE CREST
BETWEEN 1300 AND 1400 THEN PUSH EAST TOWARD THE FIRES. THE POTENTIAL
GREATEST IMPACT TO THE FIRES WILL BE BETWEEN 1500 AND 1800. THE MAIN
THREATS ARE CG LIGHTNING AND GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS UP TO 60 MPH.
OTHERWISE WINDS WILL BE SOUTHWEST DURING THE EVENING. FAIR HUMIDITY
RECOVERY OVERNIGHT WITH A RETURN TO DRIER CONDITIONS SATURDAY AND
TYPICAL AFTERNOON GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS.
