.DISCUSSION...
Currently at Junction, winds are from the northwest at 3 mph, with
a relative humidity value of 33 percent. Expect relative humidity
values to decrease to near 20 percent by noon, reaching a minimum
of near 17 percent around mid afternoon. Relative humidity values
will then slowly increase to around 25 percent at 6 PM and near
40 percent at 9 PM. Northwest winds near 5 mph will increase to 10
to 15 mph by late morning and continuing into the afternoon hours.
Expect winds to quickly decrease late this afternoon, becoming
light and variable this evening.
