INCREASE IN HUMIDITY. THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE OVER THE
AREA ON TUESDAY BRINGING A CHANCE OF SHOWERS...CONTINUED COOLING
AND HIGHER HUMIDITY TO THE BURN SITE. WINDS...ALTHOUGH RELATIVELY
