Conditions will start out similar to yesterday only with improved RH values and
slightly less wind. Clouds will increase throughout the day with slight
chances for morning snow and afternoon rain showers. A large upper level
disturbance will then bring a significant wind shift later this afternoon.
Expect winds to go from westerly to north northeasterly and breezy at times.
Abundant moisture with this disturbance will also bring periods of rain
and snow tonight through Friday morning...become more scattered Friday afternoon.
Winds may also diminish slightly Friday afternoon.
